We have developed, industrialized and launch an entirely new type of wood-based plastic – the Woodly material. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Social Media Manager / Content Creator to our Woodly team.
You are responsible for developing social media strategies, KPI’s and managing the day-to-day activities of all social media channels as well as managing a budget for the activities. In the role you are also in charge of monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting the performance of the platforms. You will also be the main user of our WordPress based website and responsible of optimizing content on social networks with SEO in mind.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven networker who is a natural with digital tools and creating content on website and social media. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of successful marketing actions.
We expect you to have at least few years of relevant work experience in brand or product marketing including social media skills. While there are many skills that can help get your message across on social media, we believe the core of communication always comes back to the written word. We expect you to have an excellent copywriting skills in Finnish and English.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in content creation and social media management
- Previous experience in using social media scheduling and managing tools such as
Hootsuite, Asana and Olapic, Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- Previous experience with WordPress and Search Engine Optimization
- Good writing skills
- Fluency in English and Finnish
- Creative and analytical mindset
Skills we are extra happy about:
- In-depth understanding of the packaging industry and processes, especially plastics is an asset
- In-depth understanding of topics and aspects related to sustainability
- Graphic designing skills
