Woodly today announces that after seven years of dedicated service and leadership Jaakko Kaminen, Chief Executive Officer, has resigned from his position effective March 1st due to personal reasons. Jaakko Kaminen will continue in an advisory role to Woodly as the Chairman of the Board, Marko Parkkinen, will handle the CEO responsibilities from the 1st of March onward.
“It has been an honor to lead Woodly, and I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together as a team”, said Jaakko Kaminen. “I have full confidence in the company’s future and will support the transition process in any way I can.”
The Board of Directors has initiated a search for Jaakko Kaminen’s successor and will work diligently to ensure a smooth transition
